Thank you for visiting us on the web.  I started in the EMS industry working for a company that manufactures both Surface Mount and Through Hole placement equipment.  Immediately I became confused on all the different types of data formats that customers sent my way. Over time,  I learned how to distinguish between the different types and use the appropriate software to manipulate the data for the benefit of programming the machines.

I was often put on the spot during customer demonstrations and believe me they were not easy boards.  Customers would always test me with their most difficult and sometimes impossible jobs.  One customer had a board that we called "the lobster" due to its shape!  What were the designers thinking?  At some point in our careers, we have all had that lobster design thrown our way.  Let's work together to solve the riddle of your lobster board so you don't spend hours of your day wasted.

We have experience with just about every gerber type (RS274-d and RS274-x) and many, many different types of ASCII native CAD files including IPC-D-356.  We can take your data, build intelligence into it, reverse engineer it and do whatever's necessary to help you satisfy your commitment to your customer.
